Nothing beats Lan Zhou La Mien in Binondo! I always order their knife la mien and dumplings whenever I pass by Binondo, and it was the best I noodles in the area. I would sometimes literally crave for it and visit Binondo (sometimes alone, sometimes with friends) just to eat their noodles. Highly recommended! Date of visit: August 2018.
